Charles W. Platts emigrated
from Sheffield, England in 1864, and he brought with whom the knife
making skills that would help build the cutlery industry in America.
These Case knives are a fitting tribute to the legacy of C. Platts
Sons' Cutlery Company, one of the original Case Family Brands. These
beautiful Case knives feature genuine stag handles that are
hand-crafted and treated over open flame and each bears the historic
propeller shield. The Tru-Sharp surgical steel blades are tang stamped
with C. Platts' logo and imprinted. Each knife is packaged in an
