MonsterMarketplace.com does not endorse, nor choose to participate in any form of browser hijacking, adware installation, pop up programs, spyware, or any other malware used to disrupt the experience of the user. Our goal is to provide a valuable shopping experience to our users with no intention of negatively impacting their use of the internet via malware programs. We do not willingly participate in any such behavior nor do we endorse any use of it by those who hijack and send users to our site.

Our policy states that we will not intentionally or willingly participate in any programs or malware that:
  • seeks to gain unauthorized access to the resources of the Internet
  • disrupts the intended use of the Internet
  • wastes resources (people, capacity, computer) through such actions
  • destroys the integrity of computer-based information and its value
  • compromises the privacy of users

While we do not endorse Malware installation, we would like to provide our users with suggestions on how to remove the unwanted spyware from their computer. First, ensure that all of your antivirus software is up to date. Secondly, obtain a spyware remover that will scan you computer to remove any of the unwanted malware that has infected your computer.

Additionally, if there is any information that you can provide us with to help identify the source of the spyware installation, please let us know via our Contact Form. Such information would include, any recently downloaded software or the URL of the website visited prior to the start of the hijacking behavior.
