St. Louis Collection Upholstery For a limited time, we will be offering our clients FREE SAMPLES of the leather and cloth upholstery in this collection. Limit of 5 per customer. Each sample will be put in the mailed in 3-4 days. St. Louis Collection Frames The frames of the items in the St. Louis Collection are guaranteed from the factory against breakage due to defective material or faulty workmanship during the lifetime of the original owner. To remove all moisture in the wood, each frame is is sealed by Kiln drying. Kiln drying keeps the wood from warping which could loosen the joints and damage the integrity of the frame. To give each item additional strength to the base of the frame, a horizontal gut rail is added while super strong corner blocks re-enforce the joints so they will not loosen over time. Each arm is heavily padded with high-density foam. St. Louis Collection Springs No-Sag Spring construction is standard on St. Louis Collection frames. This is a unified system that moves as one. Also known as sinuous springs, S shaped, these springs are made from heavy-gauge steel. They are affixed to the frame under the seat cushions from front to back. St. Louis Collection Cushions Our standard seat cushions are made with high quality foam sandwiched and wrapped with 100% Dacron fibers. Back cushions and pillows are filled with 100% Dacron. This option provides great longevity and a clean look. For only 10% more, we will add-on 50/45/5 feather/down blend for maximum comfort and luxury on select St. Louis Collection items. We provide a down wrap seat made by wrapping a feather and down envelope around a foam core.The foam core offers additional support and helps the cushion keep its shape preventing the down from being too packed. Back cushions or pillows are made with solid feather and down. A 50% fiber, 45% feather and 5% down feather ratio is used. The feathers spines create support and a light fluffy mixture.
