It is used to help a person who has pain in the abdomen because of Liver and Spleen Deficiency. It is good for both men and women of weak conformation. Related symptoms are: pain in the abdomen; irregular menstruation and cramps; urinary difficulty; postpartum weakness; sensation of heaviness in the head; face pale; dizziness; cold feet; lower back pain; poor circulation; chills; ear ringing; palpitation; mild edema (mostly in the lower limbs); menopause; fatigue. Tongue is usually pale with a thin coating. Pulse is usually deep and weak.
