This is a pair of smart sealing assembly for tube vacuum furnace to tighten both ends of OD 80 mm - 82 mm tube without any welding and gluing.
Made of Stainless Steel with double high temperature silicon O-rings on each flange
One end flange has a vacuum meter with valve , and another end has valve
Seal tube by tighten screws on the flange
without any welding and glue
1/4" hose connector in the both of ends
1/4" in diameter vacuum sealing assembly will connect with 1/4" rubber hose
Designed for MTI GSL1600-80X tube furnace
Excellent for any type of tubing: ceramic, glass, quartz and steel pipe.
The assembly kit will seal 80 - 82 mm diameter (3-1/8 ~~ 3-1/4" dia) ceramic and quartz tube
Customized size assembling is available upon request
Package included
one flange with gauge and valve, one flange with valve, two steel sealing rings, four high temperature
silicone O-rings ( 300oC Max., and six screws
Warning
Must put a refractory tube block in front of flange ( see picture below ) to avoid heat radiation melt
silicone O-ring. You order a ceramic block in related products
