GSL1600-80X tubing furnace is a precision bench-top furnace using MoSi2 as heating elements. It is widely used for materials or chemical lab to sinter all types of new materials samples under vacuum or other gases condition. 1/4" in diameter vacuum sealing assembly will connect with 1/4" rubber hose . The temperature of GSL1600-80X tubing furnace is controlled by high precision SCR power controller with accuracy +/-1 oC and 51 segments programmable up to 1600oC (2912 oF). Specifications:

It will form the SiO2 film which can keep the element from being melted. During the oxidizing process, the SiO2 protecting film is formed again when the element continues to be used. The MoSi2 heating element must not be used in the temperature between 400 oC and 700 oC for a long time, otherwise the element will be cremated under the strong oxidizing function in the low temperature.
