Whole set pressing die includes:
One 0.75" I.D. core die made of
hardened steel and highly polished with hardness Rc 60 - 62
One steel sleeve for core die protection
Two pushing rods highly polished and perfectly fitted into die.
Two steel support plates
One pressing pole for releasing sample from die only
One opened steel cylinder for pushing out sample.
Complete pressing die with 0.75 " I.D. is ready for you to make 17- 18 mm diameter sample pellet
The die is designed for our 16T Mini Pressing machine, and also is good for any desktop pressing up to 10 metric Tone.

How to make sample pellet?
Mixing and grinding chemical powder by agate mortar
Calcine mixed the powder in a high temp furnace under suitable temperature
Grinding calcined powder again by mortar
Put calcined powder in to the die
Pressing sample by a pressing machine under suitable
pressure
Take out pellet sample from die
Sintering the pellet under suitable temperature
Then, a new material sample is formed!
