Whole set pressing die includes:
One 1.0" I.D. core die made of hardened steel and highly polished with hardness Rc 60 - 62
One steel sleeve for core die protection
Two pushing rods (12 mm long and 70 mm long ) highly polished and perfectly fitted into die.
Two steel support plates
One opened steel cylinder for releasing out sample.
Max. Pressure: 100 metric Tone
Complete pressing die with 1.0 " I.D. is ready for you to make 25 mm diameter sample pellet

Cautions:
Please must always wear protection goggles during operation !!!
Please clean the prssing die before use and save it in a dry place with silica gel after opeation to avoid rusting on the surface. Because all pressing dies are made by high-stretched carbon steel for achieving high hardness to meet essential requirement of makinig ceramic or metal samples.
Never apply pressure beyond Max. 40T
How to make sample pellet?
Mixing and grinding chemical powder by agate mortar
Cacline mixed the powder in a high temp furnace under suitable temperature
Grinding calcined powder again by mortar
Put calcined powder in to the die
Pressing sample by a pressing machine under suitable pressure
Take out pellet sample from die
Sintering the pellet under suitable temperature
Then, a new material sample is formed!
