The XJM413 inverted, metallurgical microscope system provides superb optics, built-in polarization capabilities, color filters and upto 100X mignification with a USB digital image camera. It offers 3.0 M pixel resolution and is compatible with Windows 98/2000/XP. Its built-in reduction lens gives the same field of view images on your PC screen as that seen through eyepieces. Using the user-friendly software, you can edit microscope images on your computer or email them to your supervisor or colleagues. You can make real time video or save microscope images as BMP, TIFF, JPG, PICT, PTL or other files. You can also measure length, angle, area and etc. across the images. This microscopy system is perfect for metallurgical labs and foundries for silicon wafer inspection, integrated circuit examination, quality control and R&D applications.
