TRIAGE BELT
A unique belt designed for use within the start triage system. It utilizes four colors of survey tape to categorize patients. The triage officer simply tears off a piece of colored tape and ties it around the patient’s arm, which can be seen an understood from many yards away, unlike standard tags. The officer than tears a small piece of the tape of the same color and places it in the side pouch of the belt. When done with the primary triage, the officer can check the contents of the pouch for an instant count of patients and their severity. Tape not included.
