A savory chili with mild peppers and sweet potatoes, add artichoke hearts for his California style meal. Preparation and Cooking time: 10 minutesServes 5 to 6 CONTENTS packaged beans California Vegetable Packet ADDITIONS 2 Tblsp. oil 1 lb. fresh ground turkey 1 14-oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and quartered 6 cups chicken or vegetable broth cooking DIRECTIONS Saute turkey in oil over medium heat. Stir in contents of vegetable packet and artichoke hearts. Add broth and drained beans. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer covered for 1 hour.
Leftovers? Reheat and serve in taco shells with slices of fresh avocado and sour cream.
