This hearty soup, brimming with orzo pasta, onion, celery and special spices is simply delicious by itself - or, take it to the next level by adding chopped smoked sausage - incomparably the best!
Preparation: Bring 6 cups water to a boil. Add 15 oz can of tomato sauce and soup mix. Add 1/2 lb chopped smoked sausage (optional). Simmer 20 minutes or until pasta is tender.
Ingredients: Orzo pasta (durum semolina, niacin, thiamine, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), steak base ( salt, dextrose, hydrolyzed soy protein, soy sauce, beef flavor, garlic, disodium inosinate and disodium guanylate, celery, black pepper), salt, onion, celery, pepper, spices.
