Directions: 1.)Mix contents of Raspberry Ice Sorbet packet with 8 oz. cream cheese and 4 Tbs. softened butter or margarine. 2.)Chill mixture until firm. 3.)Shape into a ball and roll in contents of Topping packet.
Low-fat alternative: Use low-fat cream cheese and omit butter. May not set up as a ball but tastes great as a spread.
Serving Suggestions: Serve on graham crackers, cookies, fruit or bagels.
Ingredients: Raspberry Ice Mix: Sugar, fructose, citric acid,dehydrated raspberries, natural flavors (corn syrup solids, modified corn starch), ascorbic acid, sodium citrate, salt, artificial colors (red 40, blue 1). Not more than 2% tricalcium phosphate added to prevent caking. Topping: Sugar, confectioner's glaze and carnauba wax.

Raspberry Mousse Cheesecake 1.) Mix contents of Raspberry Ice Sorbet Mix with 8 oz. cream cheese and 4 Tbs. butter or margarine. 2.) Add 8 oz. prepared whipped topping. 3.) Spoon into prepared graham cracker pie crust and sprinkle top with contents of Topping packet.
