TzatzikiCalifornia Dip Mix Trio
Our California Dip Trio is a sunny collection of our special dips with a California flair for “fusion” cooking. Each trio contains a selection of 3 pouches of our dips and is a great value. Each pouch makes 2 cups of delicious dip. Our products are easy to prepare. We never use MSG and some of our tasty products have no salt added. Comes in an attractive gift book. Size is 10 1/2” high by 3 1/2” wide.DIRECTIONS
Sun Dried Tomato and Roasted Garlic:
Combine contents of packet with 1 cup sour cream or plain yogurt and 1 cup real mayonnaise. Let mellow 1 hour in refrigerator. Serve with your favorite fresh raw vegetables, crackers, nachos, or potato chips.
Tzatziki:
Peel, cut in half and deseed ½ of a large cucumber. Grate into a colander and allow to drain 1/2 hour. Blend together 1 cup yogurt and contents of Tzatziki Dip packet in a bowl. Squeeze cucumbers as dry as possible and blot on paper towels. Add yogurt mixture and stir. Serve with toasted pita bread. Also delicious with ripe tomatoes.
Low-Fat Variations:
Replace mayonnaise with low-fat sour cream, yogurt, silken tofu, low-fat mayonnaise or tofu mayonnaise.INGREDIENTS
