At one time or another we've all been at the right restaurant at the right moment and experienced the perfect bowl of Baked French Onion Soup. Well if you're like us live to eat, you'll soon see that the memory of that perfect Baked French Onion Soup moment doesn't have to be just a "once in a lifetime" experience any more. Live it up and enjoy this delicious soup often. DIRECTIONS In a medium size kettle, combine 8 cups water, 1 large sliced onion. Whisk in entire contents of soup mix and cook over medium heat for 25 minutes. Pour into soup crocks and cover soup with either croutons or slice of toasted bread. Top with a slice of Provolone or Swiss cheese, broil until bubbly golden brown. Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika! Makes 8 delicious one cup servings!
