Roasted Corn Chowder A delicious chowder with sweet & roasted corn. Just add water and you have a meal ready in 15 minutes. No time for a home cooked meal? Let plentiful pantry roast the corn and sweet bell peppers to perfection and blend the spices and flavors just for you. Just add water and say Dinners Ready! Your taste buds (and your schedule) will thank you for it.
You Will Need: 5-6 cups of water
Directions: Whisk contents of package into 5 to 6 cups warm water. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer 20 to 25 minutes.
For Variety Add Any of the Following: Can of clams (do not drain), can of corn (drained), 1/2 cup diced ham, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Let your imagination fun wild!
Ingredients: Non-dairy creamer (partially hydrogenated soybean oil, corn syrup solids, sodium caseinate, mono-and diglycerides, sodium citrate, sodium silicoaluminate, salt, dipotassium phosphate, carrageenan and artificial color), wheat flour, dehydrated vegetables (including corn, onion, bell pepper and garlic), maltodextrin, modified food starch, chicken base (salt, sugar chicken fat, maltodextrin, hydrolyzed corn wheat gluten soy protein), sugar, natural and artificial flavors, garlic and onion powders, spices, autolyzed yeast extract, and not more than 2 percent silicon dioxide added to prevent caking.
