Tangerine Dream Mousse
This mix has the absolute flavor of sunshine. This one is real good too! Refreshing. Citrusy. Just a dream!Preparation Instructions
Pour 1 cup chilled water from refrigerator into deep bowl. (Cold tap water will result in lower yield and softer texture.) Add mix. Use electric mixer and mix on low 1 minute. Scrape down sides of bowl. Continue mixing on high 3-5 minutes until soft peaks form. Pour mousse into dishes and chill in refrigerator. The mousse will be ready in an hour; however, we prefer to let it chill 3 hours when time permits!Other Party Ideas:
Pour prepared mousse into an 8-inch graham cracker crust. Top with dairy topping and chill. Garnish with toasted coconut.
Fill parfait glasses with alternate layers of tangerine mousse and fresh fruit. Chill. Garnish with sweetened whipped cream.
Purchase ready-made chocolate cups. Spoon chilled mousse into cups. Garish with dark chocolate shavings before serving.Ingredients
