Directions: 1.) Add contents to eight 8 ounce cups of boiling water (64 oz.). 2.) Simmer over low heat in a covered pot for approximately 30-40 minutes or until lentils are tender. stir occasionally. 3.) Put in soup bowl and drizzle with a tablespoon of Olive Oil.
