You can prepare a SayersBrook Sugar Cured Bison Roast in the same manner that you would prepare the finest pork product available. We picture ours with a brown sugar glaze and served with pears and pineapple rings. Of course, figs, apricots, apples, or any of your favorite fruits will work equally well.
