She has raised major gifts ranging in size from $1,000 to $2.02 million from individuals, corporations, and foundations. A NASPA member for 20 years, Penney has 13 years of experience in housing and residential life, student activities, judicial affairs, and new student orientation.

Barbara B. Rose is a senior consulting associate at Grenzebach Glier & Associates, Inc. She has been a development officer in higher education and healthcare and a member of CASE for more than 25 years. She has operated in both development and student affairs at Georgia Institute of Technology, where in two years she raised $3.3 million for student affairs programs and the new campus theatre.
