Reading and Interpreting Ladder Diagrams is an interactive, computer-based tutorial program. It consists of 19 lessons that teach students how to read and interpret ladder diagrams for industrial applications and HVACR appliances. Reading and Interpreting Ladder Diagrams is intended for those who have a rudimentary knowledge of basic electricity. The tutorial introduces the ladder diagram structure and major parts, then reviews the characteristics of a simple circuit. It discusses common ladder diagram symbols and their relationships within the ladder diagram.
