REVIEW BY: TRIPOD Reviewed Mar 04, 2008 The eMachine W5233 is really a pretty good little machine so far ! It can't be beaten at this price, you can't even have a decent barebone for this amount ! Futhermore, it's a surprisingly fast machine running under Vista Home Premium ! I've installed several brand name machines (10 - 12) lately, with the French version of Vista and they were all without exception much slower than this one ! I've decided to keep mine in the native version of Vista (English) and it rocks ! I don't know if it's the language barrier or the type of processor used in those other machines (or the combo of both) that tend to slow them that much, I had a sudden flashback and I remembered having this type of problem with some older French versions of Windows (95 and 98) which were ...
