The RTP is a rack type tensioner that is designed for round surface applications. It uses grippers in place of feedwheels. The advantage for this is much higher tension.
This bander does not require "re-racking" like other manufacturers. Its continuous walking feature uses alternating grippers to take up and retain the tension on the banding. Just move the handle back and forth to tension.
Will accommodate steel strapping ranges 3/4"x .025 thru 1 1/4" x .031

Must be used with a closed or pusher seal.
