Pocket Seals & Embosers are designed for portability. Carry them in your briefcase or purse.The complete assembly includes the frame, spring clip insert, your choice of engravable metal die or laser inserts, carrying bag and a mailing box. The Model 1 Pocket Seal and Model 1E Embosser include plastic carrying bags. Models 1 1/2 and 2 have leatherette carrying bags.If you have a rotary engraving machine that is capable of reverse arc engraving, engrave the metal die to a depth of about .020". Then heat and compress the die with a bakelite biscuit in a Precision Press (vulcanizer) to form the "counter." The counter and die are then mounted in the seal frame. You will need to order Bakelite Biscuits separately.If you have laser engraving equipment and software that allows you to engrave seals and embossers, you'll engrave both the die and the counter into "Delrin" plastic. After engraving the die and counter, they are mounted in the seal frame. You will need to order engravable Delrin plastic separately.
