This is a specially treated wood product that will withstand the heat generated by the vulcanizer without warping or distorting. It is usually used to fill a chase that has not been filled to capacity with type or for extra spacing between lines or stamps. The 2 pica wood is 24 point thick, 3 pica wood is 36 point thick. Our assortments consist of six pieces each of 2 pica and 3 pica wood.
