INTRODUCING OUR NEW SRG LOWLINER1949-1954 CHEVROLET CAR FRAMES &ROLLING CHASSIS!
We have had so many request over the years to do a production 49-54 Chevy Car Chassis thatwe just couldn't wait any longer. This is the firstcustomer frame out of the fixture. It has all the characteristics of our T-5 Chassis but with all thesmooth, flowing lines of the previous years (49-54). We are still adding our extensive inner structure every10-12 inches throughout the frame rails prior to boxingto give it the strength needed for todays horsepower.We have added a massive center K-member in the center with port holes for the exhaust (up to 3"). All body mount locations and the perimeter frame arebased on factory specs so we can offer you a realbolt on chassis and when say bolt on, that does not mean you have to cut half the floor to bolt it on. These frames and chassis work with all the factory floor stampings to give you a great fit and look with-out any cutting or fabricating. As for the suspension, we use a tubular IFS with adjustable coilovers or air ride, stabilizer bar and power rack and pinion up front and in the rear weoffer a sweet riding Independent, 9 inch Fordor even a Quickchange. All available with Air Ride.When it comes to stopping we offer an 11" brake setup with single piston calipers or 12" Wilwoodslotted and drilled with polished 4 piston calipersand if your planning on getting real serious Wilwood13" slotted and drilled rotors with 6 piston polishedcalipers.
