Black Powder Coat
Stainless Steel
Traditional style three-inch tubular step bar
for ease of entry from a great looking side bar. Available in a bright
polished stainless for a custom show finish or dual stage black Powder
Coat for the rugged off road look. Each bar is fitted with a reinforced
no slip polyester step pad precisely positioned for vehicle entry and
exit.
Step Bar bends and brackets are designed in
tandem for vehicle specific custom fit with proper alignment and
clearance.
Flat step area is not cut out, instead it
is compressed to enhance strength and eliminate rust.
Step Pads secured in place with insert
pins.
No Drilling - easy installation brackets
bolt to factory holes for OEM mounting.
Stainless Steel:
304 Marine Grade polished stainless will
not rust, chip, flake or peel.
Primary and secondary polishing for
hi-gloss finish.
Heavy Duty 3" x .07 wall stainless steel
tubing.
Black Powder Coat:
Acid bath dip to remove impurities.
Dual stage powder coat finish incorporates
an initial E-coat layer covered by a durable gloss black powder
coat.
