The premium gems offer the exciting colors and patterns of old-fashioned toy marbles, only pressed into a gem shape with one flat side for mounting in mosaic applications. Like all our gems, these are sold by weight. The count of 80 gems is a nominal count only, which means the bags can contain less than 80 pieces are running larger than "normal." The gem diameter of 9/16" is a nominal dimension which typically varies by as much as 20%.
