Click on the image for a larger view.These beads were made by hand using recycled glass in Java, Indonesia. They are transparent medium blue in color and have a saucer (disc) shape, though slightly irregular. There are approx 112 beads on the 25" strand, each bead measures 11-12mm in diameter x 5mm. Expect imperfections in these beads, as they were handcrafted and no two are identical. As with all glass beads, the larger the bead the more it weighs. If you are using these beads in jewelry making, be sure to consider the weight of the glass.
