These beads were made by hand using recycled glass in Java, Indonesia. They are shiny, transparent turquoise blue in color and roundish in shape, though slightly irregular. There are approx 25 beads on the 18" strand, each bead measures approx 18mm in diameter. Expect imperfections in these beads, as they were handcrafted and no two are identical. As with all glass beads, the larger the bead the more it weighs. If you are using these beads in jewelry making, be sure to consider the weight of the glass.
