The Altman Sky Cyc is designed for theatre and studio use to provide a uniform distribution of light, both horizontally and vertically, across any sky or hard cyc. The compound curve of the newly designed reflector produces a beam, which actually increases the intensity at the lower portion of the cyc. The bottom of the cyc looks just as bright as the top.
