Beautifully handcarved bleached bone set in ornate sterling silver with red teardrop shape Garnet cabachon, two Rainbow Moonstones, and a faceted oval green-dyed natural Quartz. Face is 1/2" in diameter. These are handcarved, so there will be some slight variations. Charm is 1-3/4" long and 7/8" wide. Large bail takes most chains. These are very unusual pieces, and in extremely limited quantities.
